There are currently no treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Frontotemporal dementia or many other neurodegenerative diseases. We are using human multi-omic data to identify novel risk and protective variants, novel prediction models and drug targets. To do this successfully, we depend on the generosity and support from foundations, grants, and philanthropists.
